I would suggest taking Numidia as fast as possible, they are your allies I know but they will stab you in the back, which you cannot afford when in war with say the Romans or other Nations.

Then try and make an alliance with Spain , so you do not have to fight them right away - since your forces in Iberia are in to few numbers to secure your Iberia right away.

Focus on taking Sicily from the Greeks, then you can try and take southern Italy.
Or you can focus on Iberia once you have taken Sicily.

For an added Challange you can let the Romans tech up by leaving them allone.
