we made a mistake in your settings.
It just occured to me. You're reaching your
router interface under 10.0.0.138. This also means that
your local machine has a different IP. This
other IP is the one that you need to enter for the
port-forwarding.
Because the router is already visible on the web.
What we want to "see" is your local machine.

But, I've got it correct and it still isn't working.
