More importantly, you can vote.The 1million people weren't about the right to protest, if 1million signed a petition it would force the commission/parliament to 'look' at it., and try to implent it. You can always protest, write to your member of parliament, your own parliament, the commission, and if it's really serious you could go to the Justice office in luxemburg.
Hmm, I'm wondering whether those who voted no understand their current constitution.Can you easily understand it at the age you can vote?
