I've looked around a bit but have been unable to find any stats for making the cannons more accurate. Any stats or directions to proper threads would be appreciated.

Hi Beirut,
go to MTW modification/Repository
and look in these threads:

ProjectileStats
It's most convenient to use the Gnome Editor to make changes.

I'll build a mountain of corpses - Ogami Itto, Lone Wolf & Cub
Sometimes standing up for your friends means killing a whole lot of people - Sin City, by Frank Miller
I've already changed my longbow archers to give them 50 arrows instead of 28 and I've increased their range by about 50%, but I'm not sure what kind of stats to put into the cannons. I thought someone might have a suggestion.
(By the by, I never play online, I only cheat with myself.)

I don't use Gnome... I use Dragon MTW Editor...
Dragon MTW Editor shows you at each label the specifications... When you get to accuracy and power, modify them... I am moding the game right nowbut it will take some time before I release my mod(still have to do a lot of things!!!!!)
Ja mata, TosaInu. You will forever be remembered.

Swords Made of Letters - 1938. The war is looming in France - and Alexandre Reythier does not have much time left to protect his country. A novel set before the war.
A Painted Shield of Honour - 1313. Templar Knights in France are in grave danger. Can they be saved?
Well, I tried the easiest thing, which I should have done in the first place, and it worked.
In the projectile stats file, I lowered for the culverin accuracy number from 10 to 2. (Lower is better.) That's it. Works fine. It's no giuded missile (which I don't want really) but it's a lot better than before.
