However, it's not their use I'm argueing for, but more that you'd call the province with Uppsala Svealand or Svithjod and the one including Birka something else, maybe Södermanland.
Ok, I agree Uppland and Svealand/Svithjod is a little illogical, but I don't have a map with exact border drawings of Tiundaland, Attundaland and Fjärdhundraland. Have you got one?
