I've had a crack at giving ballistas to a couple of factions. The Seleucids weren't a problem as I just had to mod the Greek ballista file slightly, but I'm having trouble with Carthage. I can now use and recruit them, but they're listed as "Unlocalised placement text". Is there any way to change this?
