    doc_bean maybe you don't know this but the developer of this game, SSSI, is the same company behind Empire Earth 1 and Empires: dawn of the modern world. In fact Rise & fall: Civilizations at war is their much promissed expansion/sequel to Empires. Do a little googling of reviews and fan reactions to both games and you'll see why people are mostly underwhelmded.

    EDIT: Plus that is a friggin huge movie I'm not going to DL it.
