The units are still being discussed so I can't yet comment on the file. Some units you've included aren't mentioned in our own unit lists, and we're not yet sure if there'll be room for adding those units. For discussion about which units will be included and which won't, see the tech trees thread. For discussion about looks of units we're using the units thread. For discussion of stats of units I think the thread you posted would be good (the one called NTW unit layout). Then perhaps you can keep this thread updated according to the data we agree to in those other threads.
