I'd like to reiterate that this is not an index of mods - it is a index of discoveries relating to how we can mod the game files. Research, not product.

Also, that if you consider there is another important research thread where new discoveries have been made and think it should be added to this index please send either me (or Myrddraal if I don't respond) a PM - do not reply in this thread. This is simply so all important links are available from the first post so users can find what they're looking for quickly without having to sort through a lengthy thread.
