So you want to fill out the Armys ranks with law breakers ?
What sort of idiot would sign up ? you are giving them a choice to go home or be sent to an ever so slightly dangerous hell hole . They will take the option to go home then try and sneak back in again .
BTW would you be offering them the "full tour of duty" or would they be offered the new "really short you know you would really like to join and we will even give you bucket loads of cash if you please please sign up tour of duty"
