"Only images of the following types are accepted: jpg, jpeg, gif, bmp, png, pdf." what does that mean every sight i go to they say the same words

It refers to the format of the pictures. RTW saves pictures as tga files.

you should probably do the follwoing to take a screenshot and post it here ;
printscreen -----> alt-tab --------> open paint -----> paste image ---> save as ( then choose save as Jpg. ) then upload with imageshac

Checkout IrFanView, it can take care of the tga conversion.
Also, taking your screens with fraps can make em jpgs.
