Alright, one presumes you used the command: 'PlaceDaimyo:: 13 0' to get a rebel Daimyo in Tosa. That's one step toward getting the Emperor Go-Daigo leading the Southern Court faction in the 1330's, I suppose.
I've seen references to the elusive medical school everywhere, but they evidently scrapped the concept. But you are saying you can put it in? It's real? All you need to do is place it in a starpos file?
Hot dog! This could be fun to mess with.
Oh, and could you please send me a copy of whatever you've got in the way of campaigns or mods, Pachinko, I am quite interested, o fellow modder :-)

It looks like the link on your site is broken...
I have tested the famous med school. YOu can put it in a province (also the legendary & ordinary 'placeholder' med school) and read the description, but it does NOT heal units as described.
Since we have improved unit-merging, and new unit retraining, we don't really need it anyway. I wouldn't mind if they put in some completely new buildings into that slot, though.
Awwww.. it woulda been cool if it was functional, not because we needed it, but because it would've been a new building! Oh well..
