mmm, I too was disappointed in the attitude of senior RTR staff.

I was more surprised by the attitude of TWC members though- that just because they're acting like a bunch of nerdy insecure 15 year olds, noone should know because it'll cause 'rifts' in the TW community.

Personally I'd like to know the kind of people who are making a mod because for me it's not irrelevant.

I'm trying not to bash them too much. I'll definately download their mod, or at least I definately will if they release theirs before EB, but I just like this community so much more than the other ones. There's a friendliness here, as well as some serious intellectual rigour and a non-competitive attitude that just makes it all feel a bit more grown-up than the other TW places.
