Swords Made of Letters - 1938. The war is looming in France - and Alexandre Reythier does not have much time left to protect his country. A novel set before the war.
A Painted Shield of Honour - 1313. Templar Knights in France are in grave danger. Can they be saved?
Thanks guys. I've got it running now, though I still have huge economic issues in my Almohad "empire of many standing armies". Oh well.
I took a look at the guides, I'm sure I'll make good use of them.
I'll hang around here in the future. Seems there's a lot of information to be gained on these forums.

in case it wasn't clear from the other posts - to actually SEE that your trading is working, use the "Income" icon (lower left corner) and then click on each of your provinces - if you are trading - a scroll will come up on the left side showing all the other provinces the current (one you clicked on) is trading with.
hope that helps
DE
Or right-click on your trading post - it will tell you how much it is earning that turn. (If you use DE's method you get the details, too - how much the province is trading with each other port it is connected to.)Originally Posted by Deus Ex
