Good Midsummer Festival to all!!

I dont know if you guys have a midsummer Festivals in your countries,but we have!Its all about Midnight Sun baby!So im off to drink my head off!

Excellent...hope that's your whole comunity involved.In England our midsummer is the solstice (jun 21)and the more interesting folk'll gather for the sunrise around the neolithic monuments (mainly stone circles) that dot this fair land.Stonehenge used to cause a fuss especially when the g'ment banned the celebrations in the 80's (If people have made the effort to arrive at the stones at daft'o'clock to see the sunrise ,do they really think we're gonna cover 'em in spraypaint or try and tear them down).btw did anyone see channel 5's lifesize reconstruction of how the stones might have looked,kinda interesting how they might have segregated and divided early bronze age society,mindst the actors reconstructing were a poe faced bunch.I reckon it was a right narcotic party!! Anyway do enjoy,sink one for me...hope it's a good'un

Huh, all you get in Canada is Labour Day, and thats in the middle of summer vacation, ie completly useless to me.
