ten four all!!

i dont no much bout modding and editing stuff, but theres a game some of u may of heard of called ceaser 3. I remember in that game that u could edit one of the txt files a edit how much buildings take to cost. i found a file in the rtw data dirctory where u can do this but on ceaser 3 doing it used to make ur money go down heaps. i was wondering if any one had already done this and have 2 questions:

1.does it make ur money go down heaps?
2.does it work for the ai to?

If anyone can answer these questions it would be much appreciated

Im asking this question instead of doing it because im more of a asker than a do-er and i like to play it safe ie. saving the game before every big battle.

im pretty sure that when you edit a building file its for each individual faction, but i may be wrong. if im right, then you could just do it for whichever faction you want to play. and im posotive it doesnt make your money go down
