Mods lying/deleting threads for no reason

This is BrutalDictatorship...

I've recently been given a 2 day ban under my account name and supplied NO reason. I've used the link that was provided for my initial warning (given 2 points for using the word "retarded", which in itself is assenine) and have not been given one point since.

since that point, I've noticed I've, in actuality (on the page that shows you all your warnings) just had an additional 2 warning points put up, not in reference to any posts, but just because a mod didn't like what I had to say. Again, no post was ever cited, there's just 2 random points put up on my record, with the word "minor" next to them.

This is utterly unacceptable. Not only that, but it takes 5 points to be given even a 1 day ban...so how can I be given a 2 day ban after 4 points, 2 of which have no justification?

Not only do the mods here lie and sneak around the forums, they don't even lie accurately.

I have send FOUR emails to the staff asking for an explanation...not one response. I'd like all of you to please check "BrutalDictatorship" user CP and find one example of a post that required a warning. After you see there are none you will have found proof that the mods here are lying and being biased.

p.s. You will definitely see me around here before my 2 day ban is up, considering that I have 3 accounts from 3 different IP's. Again, I have never once flamed, trolled, or disrupted anything.

I am very curious how the mods will respond to this...

if they simply "LOCK" it, we obviously know who's telling the truth here.

Then my bad on the previous post. I personally haven't ever seen a mod ban a person for no reason. But I reserve judement, tis not my place.

It seems to me that this is an endangered thread...

While I certainly sypathize with your plight, and I think your ban might have been unfair, and I also think that you should have at least been better informed (if the ban doesn't inform the member how to behave then it's a useless measure) I have to question the wisdom of circumventing a ban and then announcing it. Why not lodge a complaint when the ban is up or PM a mod, or even an admin? It's even possible that the ban was a mistake, but ban circumvention is a far more serious issue.

because I was banned unjustifiably...

therefore I have taken it upon myself to set the rules, since at least one mod cannot do so with responsibility.

This was the only way to prove the point...I will not wait until AFTER an unjust ban is administered to deal with it...that's very defeating of the purpose.

Come on now lets be fair, I researched the topic and this post in this thread The Thread
was enough to get banned on, infact quite more than enough. You know use of cursing is very very discouraged outside of the backroom, and then even there its kept to a very low amount.

Not to mention the constant bashing of CA, which has been stated that it will not be tolerated, and the bump of that one post, which is aswell against the rules. I have found many offenses here.

Just like you did before (by not reading) you're missing the point.

One usage of the word "shit" (heard in every aspect of society, television, bars/pubs, books daily) is not enough to be banned for 2 days.

Please stop replying before understanding the whole situation...re-read my original post.

you need FIVE (can you read? FIVE (5) warning points to be banned, I've read my own warning point sheet and it only amounts to 4...

2 of which have absolutely no reference to anything...they were just tallied on by a mod...

1 was given for using the word "retarded"

0 were given for the post that you claim is "more than enough to be banned on"

again...please re-read my first post on this thread, and stop replying without a clue, so you don't need to apologize for a second time.

Thank You (the main point of this thread is for a mod to respond, not another forum poster as they obviously cannot answer the question as to why a mod did what I'm accusing them of doing)

As someone who banned BrutalDictatorship for six months from TWC (with, I might add, a clear reason sent to his e-mail address), I might be slightly biased, but I don't see anything offhand in his posts that would be enough to get him banned for even a little while. It's not really for me to judge bannings, of course, at least outside of TWC . . .
