Mods lying/deleting threads for no reason

It's obvious in your own world, you don't view it as fair.

Sadly for you, you are not in your own world. You are in a world controlled by TosaInu (The Guild) and he rules. There are no appeals to fairness here.

Personally I think TosaInu has got ir right. Calling someone a Nazi, or saying they use Nazi tactics are close enough and I think they both deserve harsh punishments.

EDIT: Stop trying to be a lawyer, all the tecnicalities in the world wont save you here, for two reasons. Firstly TosaInu has no obligation to listen to you, and secondly you are not very good at it. I'm not a lawyer, and I can see gross logical deficencies in your argument. I'd hate to think what some of the actual lawyers who come here would do to it.

Two: my argument is very logical...yours isn't. Yours seems to be "ah, as long as it's not happening to me, I could care less about fairness."

Ok, then read my previous post...what's the point of the warning point system if it's not going to be followed, and when it's not...people like you state "ah I don't care".

Dude, don't take offense to this or anthing, this gonna be last post on the issue. But if you feel you have been scewed over so bad, and that its not fair, and you feel like you have done nothing wrong, then why come back to the guild if its that bad?

many of you refuse to acknowledge any of the valid points I've made...and I find that sad, as obviously this will continue to happen to other people.

What if I was a mod and just gave DGB a warning for having "homo..." written under his screen name? Then instead of giving him 2 points, which is what a language warning calls for, gave him 10 and supplied no reason?

You honestly think he'd just let it slide?

How would that be fairness?
