What do you think is one of the keys of success both on an individual level, corporate and country?

I think accountability is one of the key factors for success. However it is not so much the factor in the one who is being held accountable for their success, but in whoever else is interacting with them. Being self-accountable though is a basis of success.

What is ONE key to success?

Hmm, I suppose attitude is one of them(ie one can't believe that they are 'small' and unable to influence anything. It will become self-fulfilling ). One needs to be willing to try to suceed.

And accountablity is one also I suppose. At least it can be. Fear of failure and the joy of sucess tend to motivate.

Individually, success for me is as I said earlier, is setting goals. Once you have set the goals then you need to achieve them. To achieve them you need ....

Leadership is one of the top ones for me. Successful countries / companies are usually led by "good" leaders to defined goals.

Accountability is the modern version of moral.

Accountability? That just means you know who to blame if your fine plan doesn't work. Getting higher up just gives you more people to blame.

Ruthlessness is the recipe. If you feel comfortable tripping people and then kicking them when they're down you've got what it takes to be successful.
