    Jowood made the game

With a quick search gamespot gave the game mediocre, a 5.8 rating

You can try the demo and this is there homepage

If you don't have railroad tycoon 3 go for that instead, Its still in some stores @ 20 bucks US. A bit of similar game but probably plays much better

I think its much better then Railroad Tycoon, its much more complex and fun. But thats just my oppinion, if you like that sort of games then i would reccomend Transport Tycoon(found as abandon ware :P)

Or get Locomotion, which is the successor of Transport Tycoon.
I like the gameplay much better than that of Transport Giant(played only the demo of the 2nd part).

I must admit I am quite impressed. Ive only played 'FREE' games, none of the campaign options yet and so many possibilities keep coming my way.

Should I only specialise in one area, ie farming and distribution, should I expand and do a bit of everything. etc....

This seems to be a deep game and Im only scratching the surface at the moment.

Supposedly everything operates the same way so it doesn't really matter what you do.
