    I tried to follow the guide to unlock Sahara province but nothing changes in the game (Medieval Total War, Gold Edtion that include Viking Invasion).

    I diverted from the guide only in one thing: I did not want a port in the Sahara so I left out the connection between Atlantic and Sahara.

    Does Sahara actually NEED to be connected to the Atlantic and have a port to make it a usable province?

    Or did I just probably make any of the changes in the wrong way?
