Well, for a good guide check here: https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=39092 that was were I learnt it... And read some others to, and use the way of trying and failing, you learn alot from that.

I would want to know if anyone made some new unit(s). Especially for Greece.
If so, have you got some screenshots of them?
