For my mod I was thinking to reducing the city levels of Romans to 3 to match barbarians, and maybe only make Palisades and Wood Walls available. I'm not sure, but I don't think Romans built stone walls around thier towns and cities in Britain much. If Romans got stone walls in the game, it would be practically impossible for the tribes to get by them. BTW, what kind of units are you using in your mod. I'm not quite finished it yet, but I'll try and send you it sometime today. I don't have a clue how to. How did you get the EB Casse link for your sig?

I've still to make the pic a link for my website, and I might give it a different coloured background.

You may give stone wall to the Romans but also to the Celts. We have in project for Gallia : Total War to make oppida wall (mixed stone and wood). You may do the same.

Check our units for Gallia : TW also, it will give you some ideas (thought insular Celts may looks like more 'savages', for the Northern Tribes, with tatooes and this kind of stuff).
