    btw, you can't copyright history, right? I mean, the clothes, appearences and stuff. only if we use that specific picture, not if we make an inspired one, right?

    Of course history is not copyrighted, but the paintings you are posting are. By posting these images on the internet, some people might not buy the books, and Osprey Publishing won't be too happy with that.

    I think they should be posted as links to the images for being sure, nothing wrong with that. Oh dark shadows has scanned them? thought they were from the website and they could be regarded as links

    has this actually ever happened? Osprey or similar taking action against such a small thing on a rtw forum?
