    Krauser, adding the -nm command line may also reduce the initial loading time for the game. It certainly made the menus much more smooth and fast for me. There are other useful command line options as well. Check them out. You may increase your gaming experience.

    Remember to put a space before the -nm

    What other commands are there, and where are they listed?

    I've done stuff like this before for Diablo II. e.g."-w" makes it windowed mode.

    Just delete the movies directly in \Data\fmv\ , leave the subdirectories alone. You will now still see the other movies, but R:TW will be loaded more quickly.

    ah, I just press escape twice every time the activision logo starts loading. Just a quick double-tap and the first thing that loads after the screen lights up again is the menu.

    Thanks. Most of them don't seem to be too useful to me though.

    -ne is windows mode.
