Ive just started Modding and adding new Factions to my game, but somehow something was missing. I decided i needed to draw a new map, but i didnt know how and with what. Can someone teach me what i need and how i use the required tool

Well, it's hard, sincerely...
Start looking in the Alchemist Lab and the Repository for posts regarding this... There are some good posts by Duke John in the Repository...

hmm thanks for the help, but that not what i need. I was thinking an entirely new map in the exact style of the MTW maps (like BKB has done with his new map) and new province specific strat map text

If you want to drink tons of coffee and not sleep for a whole year, I suggest you ask BKB or VH, to help you....
