Thanks but it was just a one time deal, I made the mistake of reading one of Kalifs American bashing rant threads and just had to respond. I've found out I've got a bad ticker and its not good for my health to get worked up. So I was just visiting. i appreciate the kind post my dear friend, but I won't be in here much. Thanks and pray for my health (for those who are godless heathens destined for the firey pits of eternal damnation, wish me luck instead!!!)

I am really troubled to hear that, my friend. Of course you'll be in my prayers. If there's anything you need, I ain't all that far away, don't hesitate to ask. Till then, could we at least persuade you to come visit the Frontroom on a regular basis? There's a sticky thread I started I'd very much like you to read

Since staring at womens breasts is good for a mans health I suggest a new health plan.

Go to the frontroom and enjoy the babe thread and don't leave until you feel like being a naughty boy with your wife.

It might be advisable to do a light workout and move onto pyramids and supersets.

So 3 pictures once a day for a week and report back to us.
Then do a pyramid. 8 pictures, followed by 4 pictures and then two on the babe thread.

For a superset you will have to visit *ahem* other sites.

Do a bit of light reading here and alternate at other sites.

All this is for the good of your heart and your family!
Our genes maybe in the basement but it does not stop us chosing our point of view from the top.

Good to see yu Dave, and like others have said you are missed, even by Euroweenies like me.

I hope your heart isn't that bad and you know that unless you take out your aggression and opinions here, you will only express them elsewhere, so why not do us all a favour and just post!

Seriously, take it easy mate and I hope your family is OK.

Well my colesteral (sp?) is at 300. There is a long history of heart disease in my family. My Dad just had a quadrupal bypass recently and so, even though I'll be 31 this month, the doc gave me a stress test. Well, it didn't turn out too well. So I'm on a diet, having to exercise (which is total horse shit since I thought that I FINALLY got out of PT, getting out the Air Force and all), and AVOIDING STRESSFULL SITUATIONS!!! LOL, so I've been trying to avoid the backroom as much as possible. I just read it and don't repond. Tonight was just a special occasion. So, I'm going to pop back into the frontroom where its a little less confrontational. Its so hard to stay away, its like asking some leftist hippy freakazoid to avoid a protest of some dumbassed lame cause that has the significance of a healthy bowel movement. Anyway, don't worry about me, I'm going to lick this thing and get healthy...

BTW, if any of you smoke, QUIT!!! If you like to drink a lot, LIMIT yourself. Get away from the fast food. I'm almost 31, and I've been killing myself for far too long. So take some advice from your local angry man, you've got one life, take care of it.
    RIP Tosa

Good to see you here, Dave ... but sad to hear about your current consition

Good luck and my best wishes to you and your family.

As others said, visit the Frontroom - look at the babes and get a chuckle out of threads like "if you were an alien..." (although I hope it doesn't give you any ideas your future children might not appreciate ).

    Take care
