I can't get it to even start. While the game is loading with the new beta of MedMod installed, I get an error window:

Unknown faction specified: column 20, row 9
FN_SCOTTISH

Since Wes only posted this morning about having the beta for v4 up, maybe he hasn't finished uploading it yet?
