    How can I edit the seperate stats for the buildings in STW?

    -Time Required

    -Koku Required

    -Prerequisites

    Konnichiwa,

    That seems one of the things dictated by the exe (so unavailable for us). I've never found any file suggesting a relation with the things you mention.
