Unit Stats

I was wondering what the stats in the download section of the Org do. I know they change the stats, but I'd like to know how those ones do. I mean I don't want to download one just to find out that I shouldn't of downloaded it and not be able to go back to my original stats.

http://www.totalwar.org/maps/stats/10xSwap.zip is a 'tool' that allows to restore 1.01 and 1.02 stats (the original!). Just unzip the contents to the main STW and run 10xswap.bat.

the stat files are all text files. if you dont know what they do or how they compare to the current game stats, simply download the stat files and call them up in any old text editor or word processor and compare them to the stat files in the current game. then swap them out or not at your discretion. just remember, ALL players in a multiplayer game MUST use the same stats in that game or the game will crash.
