    BAD TRAITS - Which are the worst and how can you best avoid there being acquired?
    GOOD TRAITS - Which are the best and how can you encourage obtaining them?

    Basically keep your generals in their chosen profession (ie fighting, governing) with buildings that add to it.

    Dont' allow generals to sit in a hovel as it will degrade their stats.

    There are posts all over the forums regarding stat sheets.

    Or you could check triggers yourself by looking inro export_descr_character_traits.txt file in Data folder.
