More witty television (it is the idiot box for a reason), along the lines of Family Guy, South Park (at its best)...and that is all I can name right now (not having any TV kinds of hurts that)
More games like RTW, with MTWs brain (I don't know about you but I just love it when the AI impales its *#$ general on long pointy things)
More parents who are not afraid to tell their little b******s to sit down and shut up!
(The US anyway needs) more pubs (I don't like bars)
Less fat people (male or female)
Less smoking
Less/fewer 'celebrities' and the news that invariably accompanies them.
Less mosquitos
