    What is ONE key to success?

    Hmm, I suppose attitude is one of them(ie one can't believe that they are 'small' and unable to influence anything. It will become self-fulfilling ). One needs to be willing to try to suceed.

    And accountablity is one also I suppose. At least it can be. Fear of failure and the joy of sucess tend to motivate.
