Alien general abuction

Hi, has anyone encountered something like this? In my current campaign (Carthage) a Parthian general, only 18 years of age, just "materialized" on the Senate's doorstep in Latium! Seeing his age, there's no way he could have travelled halfway the map to get there, so wtf?

say...what? The last time I saw this complaint it was a SELEUCID general appearing in Rome.

But oh well. I guess all we can say is, it's amazing what some youngsters these days will do to get noticed... *shakes head*

Or, we could just say it's a bug.

Must be a some kind of Roman greencard. The easiet wat to get young unblooded General , though these kid decide to hold dual citizenship. .. maybe ...

Nope, no Parthian diplomat in sight. Also, he had all the "ethnic characteristics" (he had a Parthian portrait).

But maybe he flew cheaply with Air Parthia (Rome now only D 29,95) to go on a lonely backpackers' holiday, even though I'm pretty sure Leonardo da Vinci International Airport is not on the map...
