What are it going to be the final factions?
I've heard that BI will allow more playable faction slots. Can someone post the whole list?

I thought Thrace and Dacia were being made into 1 faction

I think that they ought to keep the Dacians (they became a unified kingdom in the second century BC) but get rid of the Thracians. Thracians is a term used for most of the independent tribes in northwestern Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, and the little part of Turkey that is in Europe. They should replace the Thracians with the Illyrians. I was really disappointed by the fact CA didn't include an Illyrian faction. How can you fight the Illyrian Wars without Illyrians?

Illyirians and Epirotes ! these were kingdoms more important than all these tribes north of the empire . it is more interesting to play in the politics of Achaia and Macedonia with its several political entities (Achaeans , Aetolians , Lacedaemonians etc') than just fighting against tribes .
