...the article makes no effort to differentiate between muslims and suicide bombers, somehow this guy thinks the words have the same meaning. Its like saying that the Pope leads the attack in Iraq...

...Isnt there anyone else who thinks that this religious abuse should stop? Some people are jsut trying to create hate in the forum. I m not a muslim but If I was I d be really pissed off on some things posted here.

Isn't this thread rather...pointless? I mean, seriously, the argument is like "hey, Palestinians AREN'T humans! They are MONSTERS! They will come to kidnap your children in their sleep so they can practice cannibalism on them!" kind of thing. A rant, you know. Oh, and "the conspiracy theory of the day: World Leftists Betrayal!"

I have to agree and the hate spewed out at homosexual people as well. The intolerance at this place has never been so high and never been so tolerated. The only thing we shouldn't tolerate is intolerance - the mods should really start closing the threads which are simply hate speech against minorities and groups of people.

And

No need to disappoint me, I never want deaths, it is you and your cronies that scream death and intolerance for arabs and muslims, whether they be in Iraq, Palestine or in our nations.

I love it guys. I just love it. It reminds me of the discrimination I received in a class (mind, I was the only person with blue eyes and blonde hair in the class) when the issues were race relations. But of course, since it was done to a white Christian male, it is not discriminatory is it?

I don’t hate any particular group of people. But I love how you scream racism to shut up those who might disagree with you.

Very tolerant of you. Sounds rather like the mullahs. But of course, they are so wonderfully liberal that you are probably pleased by that aren’t you?

I think you refer to Gawains thread.
Well I think his post was very silly. I used to think that Gawain is a clever and integer person. I still think so. But I really do not know why he sometimes posts such silly things He showed that he can do better.
The post was full of generalisations and hate. So it is no wonder that some get upset. I'd rather saw it closed immidiatelly.
Kukri closed it finally. I do not know what made him finally do so. However, we should respect it and not start to discuss the same topic here!

Despite the fact that the very premise of this thread was to badmouth, flame and personally insult several other members whose opinions you disagree with? It is really cute throwing words like "hypocrisy" around, but if you look it up in the dictionary, you may get a surprise.

Speaking in ambiguous terms and using absurd, non-existant abstract ideals to prove your "point" gets tedious. I am impressed by how the actions of a few "liberals" (a term which is just your judgement call anyway) can lead to such bold and ridiculous assertions against another group that is essentilly based on your own judgement, it seems pretty deluded and nonsensical to me. Add in a vague, yet dark and ominous threat about the danger of this ill-defined group, and it just seems a bigoted rant without any purpose or reason. Your opinions are, of course, your own, but I cannot make any sense out of them at all.

What is the purpose of this thread?

If you disagree with the opinion of particular patrons reply in the respective thread - if that thread is closed it is likely that there was a reason for it.

Threads that are only made to grind an axe with individual patrons you disagree with will not be tolerated.

This one is closed
