What do you think chosen swordsmen are? This makes me think that the Celts are going to be very much like the Irish and Picts from VI campagin. Some kind of combination of the two. I wouldn't be surprised if the Celts get crossbows and mounted crossbows.
Personally I want to see Frankish Paladins and Heerbann (whatever the throwing axeman is gonna be called).
If you havin' skyrim problems I feel bad for you son.. I dodged 99 arrows but my knee took one.

I think that the new skin looks rather good. The sword and armour look very nice.

the type of unit is called a lewcach i belive, they used a lewing sword also known as a cleighderaigh, and first appeared sometime before 800AD AD Brian Boru used one in the late 900s. About 450 BC the La Tene culture was creating iron long swords and chainmail. they reached ireland about 200 AD. Gallowglass or Gallochglaich(Gaelic name) as they were known over here were warriors primarily from the Hebrides islands and were of Viking descent. They hired themselves out as mercenaries in Scotland and Ireland using their Claymores or Claimh Mor(Gaelic for big sword) and Sparth(big f**k off battle axes). The translation of Gallochglaich means Foreign Warrior. They were not actually an Irish warrior after all but eventually large groups of them were used by Irish chieftains.
Anyway this was all after the year 1000 A.D and well outside the timeline of BI.

I stopped playing RTW before I played a faction with chosen swordsmen. If I had known they had invisibilty as their special power I might have played another campaign. When do the cave trolls become buildable?Originally Posted by lars573

When I was a child
I caught a fleeting glimpse
Out of the corner of my eye.
I turned to look but it was gone
I cannot put my finger on it now
The child is grown,
The dream is gone.
I have become comfortably numb...

That's not that hard to do, mod an elephant. Make the elephant the bottom part of the tank. Make the manhout invisible and add one archer to it. Make the archer a turret that shoots and explosive straight shot. make the turret at the right place.
I wonder if you could add the machine guns through...
