BI demo in PC Gamer !!!

Would CA have a problem if someone hosted the demo for a download of the internet? Or can they not because of legality issues?

CA and PC Gamer have an agreement that PC Gamer gets the demo exclusively but they won't get in trouble if someone hosts it. Of course PC Gamer could get pissed but the days of Exclusive demos are pretty much over anyway and I think we need rebel against this exclusive deals whenever possible so the few remaining companies realize that exclusives are totally stupid and only make the company look bad because nobody respects the exclusive deals.

I hate exclusive deals, especially when they are regional(like this only in UK) or the "oh-so-exclusive" company doesn´t have enough bandwidth so everybody has to download with 5kByte/s.
It´s a superfluous restriction of fans and I don´t see much sense in it.

Is there any kind of EULA with the demo?

If not, upload it, no EULA - no legality issues.

If there is one, then check if there is something about way of distribution.

From my own experience with other demos, usually, if something is prohibited that's just unauthorized commercial distribution (aka selling the demo). Evrything else is fair trade.

Put all the files in a RAR or ZIP file and host that ?

Ok. I'll include the files which makes the other factions playable. My new battles just use different combinations from those already on offer, are purely fictional, and aren't scripted, so they're nothing fancy, just for a laugh really. They might not be 100% stable though. I haven't had too many problems but just a warning in advance.
