    Cool Cakes,cookies and chocolate

Your favourite type of cake and cookie.

As for me, I like those marzipan birthday cakes. Wonderful.
As for cookies, I like those Chocolate Chip Butter Cookies.
    As for chocolate, swiss.
Ja mata, TosaInu. You will forever be remembered.

Mmmm.....by cookie, i'm assuming you mean as in the biscuits with chocolate chips in, or are you being like the Americans and calling all biscuits cookies? Anyway....

Favourite Cake: Chocolate Fudge Cake, after it's been in the microwave for 30 seconds. Beautiful....

Favourite Biscuit: Chocolate Digestive. Can't get enough of them....yummy beyond all belief.

Favourite Chocolate: Cadbury's Dairy Milk. Just give me a nice big slab of it, you'll make me a very happy person.

    Ummm... uhhh...

    CHOCOLATE!

    Oh, sorry.

Sometimes, I'd make a double decker chocolate cake then stick the whole thing in the freezer. It gets a heavy brownie consistency. Yeah baby!

The best chocolate cookies, IM(not so)HO, are simple homemade oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. The President's Choice (No Name house brand)) chocolate chip cookies you get around here are very good. You have to keep them in the fridge though. With the ultra-high heat and humidity we've been having all summer, the cookies go limp in hours. Anyone who puts raisins in a chocolate chip cookie deserves what's coming to them.

Snickers bars are the best. The dark chocolate Kit Kats are good too.

Good dark chocolate (70% and up) is great with booze. Champagne, bourbon, Irish whisky(!), but not scotch. Most decent chocolate cookies go well with beer. But then again anything goes well with beer. Especially more beer. But then you'll need more cookies.

Though I am but a humble AM, and my post count pales next to others, I will take this opportunity to again declare my supremacy in the matter of chocolate cookies. I will challenge any man or beast at any time in any place. Put a chocolate chip on top of Mt. Everest, call it a cookie, and I'll eat the whole damn thing.

Apple Streusel cake, which I make myself, with the apples and raisins "fried" in butter and sugar beforehand.
Apple and White Chocolate or Caramel and Chocolate cookies .If you mean biscuits, then shortbread.
Cadbury's chocolate is very good, far better than Swiss IMO. I like white chocolate or chocolate raisins.

All of us know oreos are the best cookie bar none. Milk choclate is extramly good as well. If you like dark choclate you need help. It feels like youre insides are getting eaten
