Sorry if it has been answered before, but what exactly does putting someone on your ignore list do? While we're on the topic, what does buddy list do, also?

Try it, its easy to add or remove someone from ignore. Basically you can see that they've posted, but the contents of the post re not shown. Kinda like when a post gets deleted by a mod.

Beats me what the buddy list does. Guess I'll have to make a buddy and try it.
