One thing ahead, I do not intend to publish a mod made of a variety of "borrowed without permission" models, for a couple of reason, not the least of which is I like being alive and having a load of vengeful modellers on my back isn´t exactly helping to stay that way.
Now I´ve (hopefully) got it clear I don´t want to steal anyone´s work to get cheap credit for myself, I would like to know how to use models from different mods in one game. I see few problems with fairly standard units, that use animations from the stock game, but what about some with special animations? As far as I know by now, all animation skeletons are packed together in one file, I think skeleton.idx is it. How can I get the ones I need from there, if there is a way, that is.![]()
