no there isn't, those were I guess at some point features / ideas to be put into the game , but due to some reason not included.
There is one hidden historical battle in the game itself and can be unlocked manually or you can DL the historical battles at this page wich will open the hidden battle.

As far as provincial campaigns you can find some that have been done by the community of TW modders.

Just download the historical battes it will unlock it for you, or do some deep searching in your folders to find it.

Are you talking about the Battle of Bibracte? That's the only historical battle I found in the folders that isn't available to play, but that's b/c it's a mp only battle.
