just open export_descr_building.txt and find the entry for "hinterland_roads" (the building type) Then just go down to the section of it that has highways and it will have rome as the only ones able to build it, add in whatever factions or cultures you want to and they can build it.

Thanks guys. I have been reading these forums a long time and I appreciate all the work you guys have done. I have been enjoying the total war series since STW and I am wanting to learn more about customizing the game.

This is the place to learn, Totalwar.org forums!

The guyz here really done a good job!

And that brings me to a question: how can I add the textures for Highways after I modded the descr_strat.txt?!
Ja mata, TosaInu. You will forever be remembered.

    Been to:

Swords Made of Letters - 1938. The war is looming in France - and Alexandre Reythier does not have much time left to protect his country. A novel set before the war.

A Painted Shield of Honour - 1313. Templar Knights in France are in grave danger. Can they be saved?
