Rofl. I can recite that script verbatim (and Schrek) thanks to my 3 year old grandson. We shout out the good parts together; great fun. But as you say, I'm always happy to see him ride off, smiling, after a day with gramps in Mommy's car returning to Mommy's house.

And I think you guys are right: it must be hormonal. I remember not wanting any (at 18), going along with the idea (20's), really enjoying the Daddy gig (30's & 40's), and now getting used to the gramps role.

I still haven't taught li'l Jake yet how to "pull my finger"...I'm saving that for later.

LoL theres a big difference between killing yourself because you dont like the way the world is going and choosing not to bring children into said world.

Also, my reasons for not having kids arent as much because I dont like the world, but because I want to enjoy the world - not deal with little brats for at least 18 years.
