Have you noticed the comments?

In the loc files there are actually quite a few comments such as this one:

@["ceasefire_rejected2_txt_xzy"] // cut and pasted same as above - someone should make them better

I find that amusing... They communicate via the files, not the normal ways of talking or leaving notes.

you must be mistaken,
near the beginning of each loc file they have this

so you cannot be finding amusing comments,
after all they have all been stripped out, i mean to say we all know how efficient these guys are with their code, i mean they would not dream of leaving comments behind, or redundancies, it would just be unthinkable...
