Just got the DVD (thanks Movietyme!) about 11 days early, and I'm in the UK! Up to about Episode 7 now and its getting more and more interesting. I'll be finished this by the time the UK are still on Episode 6. Its the best way to go.

Yeah well, you'd better hold your hopes until season II, because the last episodes are crappy
I mean, what the hell ? We don't learn *one* *single* thing. Sure, each episode is cool, but I seriously hope it's not going to turn into yet another endless serie, a la Alias or The Pretender (I've been told there would be at least 5 seasons)

Meneldil, we find out what's in the hatch in the begining of the second season. And we sort of find out what the monster is...

Here were are. I waited like 5 episodes, thinking they would finally enter in the hatch, and now I have to wait 2 more months ? Hopefully, season 2 will be as good as the first one.

And the Monster. I was like 'what the hell is that ?', and I thought 'heh, *finally* we're going to have a look at this monster'.

Just saw that season 2 won't be on french TV before June 2006.

Oh, well that sucks.
My theory is that the monster is a machine that is underground. The French lady says there are no monsters, and she calls it a security device.

I like the series so much, I am afraid to read the rest of this thread in case someone spoils it for me. The UK is only very early into the series - episode 4 or so - and I am sure it's one of those things were the journey is much more fun than the destination.

Yeah, there are a few spoilers in this thread, but nothing too serious. None said that (censored) died in the episode #(censored) because he (censored) and (censored) with (censored), while having a look at (censored)
