Wow. I am amazed nobody has posted this story yet. For those of you who think I am over the top in my criticism of the New York Times, take a look at this...

The New York Times, despite it's claims to the contrary, is seeking to peek inside the sealed adoption records of Justice Roberts' 5 year old daughter & 4 year old son. Talk about 'stop at nothing'. How do these people live with themselves? They're going to tar & feather a 4 year old boy, just to play a partisan game, against a guy, who by all accounts is fairly moderate in his views and even did pro-bono work to help a homosexual lobbying group in a civil rights case.

I cannot speak for the Canadian Leftist movement, but the New York Times is the rallying point for the American Left. It's not even considered Far-Left, and most of the Leftists I know in day-to-day life try very hard to keep a straight face while they claim it's unbiased and objective. They usually don't succeed, but it is mainstream media for the Left, and gives you a good idea where the minds and hearts of the Democratic leadership is.

Sorry, it was the Daily Kos, not Moveon.Org. Hard to tell the venom slingers apart these days. Here's the whole quote, from the Wall Street Journal editorial page...

A poster on the Daily Kos, a site as influential on the left as it is deranged, wrote (ellipsis in original):

When Roberts thanked his family, he mentioned his son, Jack . . . Roberts' wife's face fell. It was like a poker tell. I think we should research Jack.

Another poster wrote that Roberts's son "is probably gay," explaining that "extreme conservatives seem to have a lot of homosexual children." Jack Roberts is 4 years old.

If the New York Times is getting it's marching orders from the Daily KOS, which as this story indicates it is, they are in a world of hurt. Jason Blair will come to signify a highpoint in their journalistic prestige, not a low.

The abortion right's nuts are terrified because they just realized that, unlike laws made by the legislatures, what the SCOTUS grants, they can just as easily take away. Those arrogant pricks want the SCOTUS to do their bidding and not have to deal with such outdated ideas as democracy and legislatures.

And, boy oh boy, are these lefties scum. They don't even have the facade of caring about the good of the country. They just want to hamper Bush any way they can.

NARAL, a 'abortion-rights' group in the US, is airing an ad saying that Roberts supported a abortion clinic bomber ... except the papers Roberts signed was seven years before the abortion 'clinic' was bombed!
