Yes, another diablo 2 thread !

The reason, since the new 1.11 patch and the ladder reset, I figured someone, like me, wanted to try out the game again.

Im playing at the Europe realm, mostly ladder, but I have 2 non ladder characters as well.

very little. most notably, they introduced six new uber monsters (highly pumped up versions of Izual, Duriel, and Andariel (called Lilith), and the Three Prime Evils), a new Large Charm (annihilus on steroids), and a class-specific Armor runeword for each class.

Oh, and a new bug :P

a lot of bug fixes have been introduced as well.

Also, there's this new thing called Standard of Heroes - and other secret stuff.

Haha, my friend was talking about playing D2 again... even though we both play WoW together he still thought playing D2 would be great again. I better not tell him about this patch and ladder reset if I want to have someone to quest with.

I played that game for 5 years.....

Hey there a D2 thread...

Played since the first days it came out. I can say it marked 4 years of my life. But i tell you what, after they decided to f*** it, i wouldn't be bothered. D2 was and would continue to be the best game ever, had they not released the 1.08 patch. After the x-pac came out, the game became bollox. A couple of months later all the veterans were gone, the dupe flocked the realms etc etc. All you saw was: " O <<dupe name here>> N 10 soj ".

Well, anyway, have a good time. Personally, i downloaded the 1.06 patch and made a lan with my 5 pc's. Lvl'd a barb and an ama to 7x's be4 i began to play RTW. Fan muling by myself

Too bad i don't have a friend to play together. I guess some years from now when i'll be retired from gaming, i'll still be playing D2. But not on Bnet. Blizz ain't what they used to be.
