The events are hardcoded but EB team can do magic things with RTW so lets hope that there will be new events.

The birth of Jesus (circa 6BC) is into our timeline. Not the fire of Rome that happened in 64 AD, during emperor Nero's rule.

However the birth of Jesus was not really as important event for contemporaries as it is for (some of) us, so it would be IMO anachronistic to include it. His death might have more importance, but it's out of our timeline.

Err, there was plenty of religious unrest in this time, but it would be out of period to include any sort of Christian unrest.

Having said that, though, we will have all sorts of new event messages.
