    (Copid from another thread here):

I'm not the Moderator of the place where the poll resides, so I cannot bring it back myself.

But I can report the results of the official poll. They are:

    7 votes = Monk

    3 votes = voigtkampf & Big John

2 votes = KingHenry V, The Shadow One, ichi, Alexander the PrettyGood, kagemusha, edyzmedieval

1 vote = ian_of_smeg16, King of Atlantis, BobTheTerrible, Emperor Umeu 1, dessa14, Ja'chyra, master of the puppets, RabidGibbon, Azi Tohak, LeoninKhan

    35 votes total

wow I'm humbled....my story must have been crap
    When I was a child
    I caught a fleeting glimpse
Out of the corner of my eye.
I turned to look but it was gone
I cannot put my finger on it now
    The child is grown,
    The dream is gone.
    I have become comfortably numb...

Not at all, Ian. I wasn't kidding when I wrote that the competition was intense. The content provided by all 29 amatuer Org writers was obviously submitted after tons of quite good effort by everyone. It was a pleasure to read through them all. I would proudly stack our contest entries up against similar contests I've seen on the 'net.

The vote count (35 total) is more an indication of the contest being held during the 'slow' month of August...lots of folks on holiday, we're in-between game release dates, etc.
